Adding a Bed & Breakfast as an Innkeeper
There are no fees for listing your bed and breakfast on our site (read the About page for what makes our site unique). By adding your bed and breakfast as the innkeeper (or owner), you will be able to sign in to update your listing at later times.Adding a Bed & Breakfast (to a city/town)
To add your bed and breakfast, navigate to the city or town that it is in. Do this by first choosing your country from the menu above (or the homepage) then proceed through the various regions until you get to your city (see the next section if it is not in our database). Look for the "Contribute" box on the city's page. It has an Add My B&B link that will take you to a form that will let you submit your listing details.
Adding a City First (if it doesn't exist)
If your city does not presently exist on our site, you must add it before you can add your bed and breakfast to it. To add a city/town, navigate to the region that it should be placed into then look for the "Contribute" box (upper-right) and click Suggest a City. For example, if you were going to add San Diego, you would navigate to Southern California.
If you are unsure which region your city fits into, look closely at the maps of the region(s) you think the city might belong to (you can zoom into the maps). If you are still unsure, please Contact Us for help. It's important that cities end up in their correct region.
Uploading Photos
Immediately after submitting your bed and breakfast, you can upload photos. Do this by looking for the Upload a Photo link in the "Contribute" box on your listings page. For more information, read the Upload Photos page.
Suggesting a Bed & Breakfast as a Visitor
If you know of a bed and breakfast (and perhaps want to write a review of it), you may submit its details to us. Your name will be shown on the listing as "suggested by" and you will not be able to edit the listing after it is published. The innkeeper/owner may come by at a later date and claim the listing. The B&B suggestion form asks for many details, so you may want to have the bed and breakfast's website on hand. If you find that there are details you are unsure of, we recommend contacting the B&B and asking that they submit the listing themselves.Submitting a bed and breakfast as a visitor can be done by following the innkeeper directions above, but with one exception: click Suggest a B&B instead of "Add My B&B". You may write a review and upload photos immediately after submitting the bed and breakfast.
